Sewing Machine Service/Repair

PAL's prides ourselves on our top-notch, expert service. We understand that an investment in a sewing machine is not taken lightly. It's an investment into a tool that you expect to serve you for many, many years. Our job is to help you protect that investment properly...the first time.

We never charge for a service or repair estimate. We thoroughly assess your machine, diagnose any issues, report to you a detailed analysis of any suggested work to be done, and give you an honest assessment of what if will cost to fix. You can then choose whether to fix it, toss it, or trade it in for something new in a no-pressure setting. We do not perform any service or repair without without your expressed approval, so you will never have any unwanted surprises.
